How do I care for a Little Saint Southwest item?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page or tag, we recommend that items purchased from Little Saint Southwest are washed cold and tumble dried on low with like colors. 

 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items, with tags attached, with the exception of vintage or one-of-a-kind items. Vintage and one of a kind items are final sale. Please read information and measurements carefully on final sale items before purchase.

Contact info@littlesaintsw.com  Attn: Return for information on returns or exchanges. Customer Service must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Items labeled One-of-a-Kind
  •        Items labeled Vintage
  • Items on sale
  • Items that have been worn
  • Items without the tags

 

What is Your Shipping Policy?

As many of our items are made to order, please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. We ship domestically using USPS.

 

Ink spots? Textures? Fades? 

Character! Our process is about making unique clothes with hands on methods. No two garment dyed, block printed, or hand painted items will be the same. We love this about our brand and wouldn’t change it for the world. All of the variances on your Little Saint Southwest items are part of what gives our brand spirit an style.

 

Why do your inks fade over time?

We love a vintage well worn well loved look and it is often hard to attain that look when babies don’t wear the same clothes for very long. So we have chosen to use non-toxic, water based inks that have a low viscosity which makes them softer to the touch and gives them a great vintage fade.

Do You Donate to Charities?

Yes. We donate 1$ from every Signature Sunny Tee to the Little Sun Foundation and 1$ from every sale from the Artist Series Tees to the Dreaming Zebra Foundation.

 

Why are only some of your items organic?

We would love to provide soley organic goods to our customers, yet as a small business this can be very expensive. The more organic items are purchased, the more we will be able to provide. 

 

What kind of Inks Do You Print With?

We print with non-toxic, water based inks. This is better for the environment and healthier for little ones.

 

Are you an Eco Company?

We do our best to consider our environment. All of our packaging is 100% recycled and we do our best to provide as many organic options for purchase as we can afford while starting out. We choose to use water based inks which are easier on the environment, as well.

 

Do You Do Custom/Personalized Printing?

We do not currently do custom or personalized prints upon request, but are always changing up our one-of-a-kind prints to add variety to our selection.

 

Do You Provide Wholesale Options?
