What is Your Shipping Policy?

As many of our items are made to order, please allow 5 business days for your order to ship.

Domestic: We ship using USPS standard shipping to all domestic destinations. You will be provided with shipping speed options at checkout..

International: We do offer offer international shipping options. The ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred for all orders shipping outside of the US. We are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery and we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Once shipped, International orders are considered final sale. Please reach out to your local government with questions about taxes and fees that may be incurred when your order is delivered. These added costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend shipping internationally with a Priority shipping method as this automatically insures your package.

Returns

We believe in happy customers, therefore we gladly accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items that still have tags attached, with the exception of vintage or one-of-a-kind items. Vintage and one of a kind items are final sale. Please read information and measurements carefully on final sale items before purchase.

Contact info@littlesaintsw.com with subject line reading Attn: Return for information on returns or exchanges. Customer Service must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Items labeled One-of-a-Kind
  • Items labeled Vintage
  • Items on sale
  • Items that have been worn
  • Items with tags removed
  • Orders shipped internationally
